Job Qualifications:

• Solid end-to-end recruitment experience
• Familiarity of different Recruitment platforms
• Experience in using Recruitment CRMs a plus
• BD or Sales experience an advantage
• Detail-oriented

Job Responsibilities:

• Posting Jobs on our Recruitment Portal
• Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media, such as company social media pages, company website third party recruitment portals
• Organizing Candidate DataBase and uploading database on the website or CRM if needed.
• Headhunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
• Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
• Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants
• Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client
